• Refusal of Service- I have the right to refuse  to draw certain things I am not comfortable with or feel will not be a good fit for my skill level.

• Prices- Base prices are listed, note that prices can change depending on the product, time, or complexity. I charge extra for more complicated pieces. This will be discussed.

• Payment- I take 50% downpay upfront of the total price. This is non-refundable. I will check-in with progress as the piece goes. When the final draft is in process, I will allow for 3 major changes for free, more will cost extra. I will ask for the last payment before sending the finalized piece. More about this can be seen in the Commissions Tab.

• Personal Use Only- Do not resell my art as your own or print without permission. I do not take credits or money for projects for other clients.

• Licensed Characters- I will not do anything that has an association with any company for I don't own any licenses to sell them. Fanart for Ocs are okay but I won't do the actual characters themselves.

• Rights To The Art- They are my pieces in the end and I have the right to post them at will or profit off of it. Credits will be given to the person or if they want, tagged in said posts. Just message or ask to be tagged and I will happily do so.

• Treatment- I will not accept mistreatment, please do not harass me in the process. I am working for them. I will keep the downpayment and no art will be made. They will also be blocked and flagged for future events.
